What’s Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing and functional defects that occur under normal use, including:
The device fails to power on due to a verified hardware fault
Touchscreen fails to respond properly
Speaker or microphone fails to function correctly
Camera does not function as expected
Charging or battery-related faults not caused by misuse
Network or signal issues related to the device hardware
If any of these issues arise during the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or resolve the issue at no additional cost.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover issues caused by external factors or misuse, including:
Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken glass)
Water or liquid damage
Damage caused by drops, pressure, or impact
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Software issues caused by third-party apps or updates
Normal battery wear over time
Warranty Period
Warranty duration: 7 days from the date of delivery
The warranty starts on the day you receive the device
This period allows sufficient time to test the phone thoroughly under normal use.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue during the warranty period:
Contact us immediately via email – support@freewayistore.com
Describe the issue clearly and provide photos or videos if requested
Return the device for inspection
Once verified, we will:
Repair the device, or
Replace it with an equivalent model, or
Offer a suitable resolution where replacement is not possible
Important Notes
All warranty claims are subject to device inspection
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
The device must be returned in the same condition as delivered (excluding covered faults)
