Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

We aim to be fair, transparent, and practical. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled, returned, or refunded, and how these situations are handled.

This policy works together with our Warranty Policy and applies to all purchases unless otherwise stated.


Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, a full cancellation is possible.

  • Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it can no longer be cancelled and will be treated as a return request instead.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.


Returns

We accept returns only within the warranty period and under the conditions outlined below.

A return may be approved if:

  • The device has a verified hardware or functional defect covered under our warranty, or

  • The device delivered does not match the order placed

All return requests are subject to inspection before approval.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Physical damage, cracks, dents, or broken glass

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Damage caused by drops, pressure, or misuse

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Software or account-related issues

  • Normal battery wear over time


Return Window
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Devices returned after this period will not be eligible for return or refund

We recommend testing your device thoroughly during this time.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only when a return is approved and after the device has been inspected.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Repair the device

  • Replace it with an equivalent model

  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible.

  • Processing time may vary depending on payment method and provider

Return Process

If you need to request a return:

  1. Contact us via email – support@freewayistore.com within the return window

  2. Provide your order details and describe the issue clearly

  3. Return the device for inspection as instructed

Please do not send a device back without contacting us first.


Important Notes
  • All returned devices are inspected before approval

  • Returns apply only to the original purchaser

  • The device must be returned in the same condition as delivered (excluding verified covered faults)

  • Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error
